Turned a manual dealership onboarding workflow into a reusable deployment process. n8n and web extraction create the initial knowledge base, while dealer-specific call flows and QA checks keep each launch grounded in the real operation.

A delivery background across enterprise systems, automation and applied AI.

I’m Martin Schmid. I currently lead European AI implementations at Viova, part of Valsoft, deploying Voice AI into automotive operations.

Before that, I delivered enterprise Source-to-Pay platforms at JAGGAER and led Professional Services work across automotive DMS, reporting and AI at ASE Global.

I turn operational requirements into process designs, system configurations, integrations and test cases. I stay with delivery through rollout and fix the failures that appear when technology meets real operations.
